The Brunello Grappa is made from the marcs or residue of the Sangiovese grapes used in the production of Brunello di Montalcino. Distilled by steam at low temperatures in stills, the resulting Grappa is a limpid and transparent color with an intense and penetrating aroma, and a warm, soft, dry, intense and persistent taste. 42% alcohol content.
